Brian J. Frank

Brian Frank is the President and Portfolio Manager of Frank Capital Partners LLC. Mr. Frank is the President and Portfolio Manager of the Frank Value Fund and has been managing the Frank Value Fund since its inception in July 2004. Previously, Mr. Frank worked for Lightyear Capital LLC. Mr. Frank co-founded Frank Capital Partners LLC in June 2003. Mr. Frank has dual BS degrees from New York University's Stern School Business. He has a Series 65 license and is a shareholder of the Frank Value Fund.

Monique M. Weiss

Monique Weiss is the Chief Operating Officer of Frank Capital Partners LLC. Ms. Weiss is the Secretary of the Frank Value Fund. Previously, Ms. Weiss was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley Investment Management where she was in charge of Sales and Marketing for the Americas region. Ms. Weiss speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese and French, and she has 18 years of experience in the financial industry. Ms. Weiss graduated summa cum laude with a BS in Finance and minor degrees in French and Spanish from Pennsylvania State University. Ms. Weiss is a shareholder in the Frank Value Fund.
